The heart of the day: rounds of ten for up to 200 guests, a head table, guestbook and dessert tables set, air conditioning humming, and a big screen ready for the slideshow.
The Outdoor Ceremony
Say it outside at the vineyard's edge: a prairie aisle, the arbor, and the rows stretching out behind you. An add-on with sound system and chairs, and the event room always has your back.
The Patio
Cocktail hour in the open air with the vineyard just beyond the rail, while the event room turns from ceremony to dinner. Barrel tables, the last of the day's gold, and the tasting room steps away.

Peak Saturdays (June–September) book 12–18 months out. Fridays, Sundays, and shoulder-season dates open up beautiful options, often at gentler pricing, 6–9 months ahead.

Everything simply moves into the event room, which fits your whole guest list with room to spare, air conditioning included. Outdoor ceremonies are always planned with the indoors as a ready understudy.
Yes: the event room, patio, and restrooms are step-free, and handicap-accessible parking sits right at the door (there's an electric vehicle charger, too). Tell us what would make the day easier and we'll make it happen.
