We're a family winery, not a data company. Here's the plain-English version of what we collect on this site, why, and who helps us run it.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, we keep what you send so we can follow up. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, and the details of what you're asking about: a wedding or private event inquiry, a tasting reservation, a wine club signup, an event reminder request, a newsletter signup, or a job application (which may include your work history and anything you choose to tell us about yourself).
Information collected automatically
Our site keeps a simple, anonymous visitor record in your browser (using local storage, not advertising cookies): a random ID, the pages you view, and actions like browsing the bottle shop or starting an inquiry. If you later share your contact information with us, we connect that history to it so we can serve you better; for example, knowing you were interested in weddings before you ever called. We use this only to respond well and to understand what visitors care about. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
To answer your inquiries, send reminders you asked for, deliver the newsletter you opted into, process club memberships and orders, consider your job application, and understand how people use our site so we can improve it. That's the list.
The partners who help us
Vinoshipper handles our online wine sales and club billing, including payment and the age and shipping-compliance checks the law requires. Card details go to Vinoshipper, never to our website. See the Vinoshipper privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts and secures this site. To keep bots and spam out of our forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical signals (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to tell humans from bots. That processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
MFIS Group built and operates this site and our guest-relationship tools on our behalf, under our direction. Emails you request from us (like event reminders) are delivered through standard commercial email services.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage for the visitor record described above and to remember small things like a reminder you've already set. Vinoshipper sets the cookies it needs to keep your cart and checkout working. Turnstile may set a strictly necessary token to pass its bot check. Clearing your browser's site data for this site removes all of it.
Your choices
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you'd like us to update or delete the information we hold about you, call us at (320) 223-1115 or ask at the tasting room and we'll take care of it.
One more thing
This site sells alcohol and is intended for adults 21 and over. If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
